At Nyakuron Cultural Centre today, the Southern Sudan Referendum Bureau launched the polling and counting procedures. This occasion marked the beginning of the new stage of the referendum process, the polling, counting and the declaration of the results. Pascal Ladu reports for Sudanvotes.
