Uganda creates new settlements for refugees from South Sudan

Leaders in northern Uganda have agreed to create new settlement centres to accommodate refugees arriving from South Sudan.

If well established, the local authorities believe, the new centres will provide a win-win situation for both, the refugees and the host communities.
