The South Sudan Government banned foreign boda boda drivers in August -- an attempt to create more jobs for South Sudanese nationals. 

After numerous complaints, Uganda’s parliament ordered an investigation into claims by drivers and merchants who say they have not received compensation for property and goods stolen in South Sudan.
