Humanitarian response plan for Sudan underfunded

United Nations Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator in Sudan, Marta Ruedas, said ahead of World Humanitarian Day, which takes place every year on August 19, that the humanitarian response plan for Sudan is underfunded.
