South Sudanese considered as refugees in Sudan
Sudan considers South Sudanese fleeing insecurity in their country as refugees, the government decided on September 1, 2016.

UNHCR, the United Nations Refugee Agency, welcomed the decision saying it will allow for better access to South Sudanese who need humanitarian assistance and improve service delivery.
