Greater Upper Nile Governors ordered to resume work
President Salva Kiir ordered the three Greater Upper Nile region Governors to return to their states and resume work immediately.

During the last month Governor Simon Kun Puoch of Upper Nile State, Joseph Ngwen of Unity State and John Koang Nyuon of Jonglei State all fled to Juba when their state capitals fell to anti-government forces. Charlton Doki reports from Juba:
