Durable solutions needed for IDPs in Jonglei State
A top UN official says the Government of South Sudan and aid agencies need to do more to address the problems facing Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in the restive Jonglei State.

Chaloka Beyani, the UN’s Special Rapporteur on Human Rights of IDPs, visited Jonglei State last week. On Thursday, November 14, he said a durable solution is needed to address the problems IDPs face, particularly in Jonglei State.
