Since it gained independence from the rest of Sudan, South Sudan has established a number of embassies across the world.

Given South Sudan’s frosty relations with neighbouring Sudan, and increasing concerns from the international community over the delayed implementation of the recent cooperation agreements, South Sudan’s representatives are working hard to explain Juba’s position and to try to gain international support.
