Voter Registration: Ruati Investigates.

Richard spent a week in Juba in late November 2009, attending the mict Election Journalism Training, while also monitoring the election registration process.   In this report he visits a registration centre and the Carter Centre.   Richard questions the small number of international observers present across the country during registration, while assessing whether registration shortcomings will impede the elections themselves.
