President Salva Kiir grants amnesty to members of the SPLA-IO forces “who took up arms against the Transitional Government of National Unity (TGoNU) from the 8th to 10th of July, 2016”, by Republican Order No. 18/2016, dated July 13, 2016.
Presidential Spokesman Ateny Wek Ateny announced the decree in Juba on July 13, 2016.
