On Monday, July 29, Daniel Deng Bull who is also Archbishop of the Anglican Church in South Sudan, commonly known as the Episcopal Church of Sudan wrote an open letter in which he criticised the South Sudan government, NGOs and the United Nations for not playing their role in implementing the 2012 Jonglei Peace Agreement.
