Bentiu residents displaced by heavy rains
Last week’s heavy rains in Unity State displaced over 1,000 residents and as rain continues, authorities say over 600 families are at risk to loose their homes to the floods too.

Many farms have been destroyed by the flooding in an area hit hard already by food shortage.
Residents believe the disaster could have been avoided. They blame the government for their failure to construct a proper drainage system in Bentiu.
