Dimo Silva

Dimo Silva Aurelio works as a reporter and editor with the Catholic Radio Network’s Voice of Hope, a community-based radio station in Wau. He joined the Catholic Radio Network in 2009, by then in Torit. Since April 2015 he also regularly contributes to Voice of America’s South Sudan in Focus programme and writes for the Juba-based New Nation newspaper. In April 2016 he joined The Niles. Dimo graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Bahr El-Ghazal. Before he realised his passion for journalism, he had wanted to become a priest.
