Ahmed Saeed is a journalist living in Sudan’s capital Khartoum. He writes about politics, human rights, civic engagement, interfaith dialogue, contemporary art and media trends. His interest in human affairs led him to learn French, conversational Amharic, in addition to Hebrew, which he is currently pursuing. Ahmed is a member of the UK-based One Young World global forum and an alumnus of the State Department’s International Visitor and Leadership Program. Ahmed says he is “bookish to no end and a travel enthusiast”.
