Unity State officials accuse Sudan of renewed aerial bombardment

On Thursday, July 4, Unity State officials accused Sudan of having bombed and deliberately killed civilians in Unity State.

According to South Sudan officials the attack took place on Wednesday, July 3, in Unity State’s Parieng County, wounding seven civilians.

Unity State Deputy Governor Michael Chiengjiek Geay said two women and five men were injured in the ariel bombardment and are now treated in Bentiu Hospital.
