Unity State builds centre for street children
Earlier this year officials in Bentiu tried to return more than 100 street children back to their families, an effort which was only partially successful.

At least half of the children refused to go back home or said their parents do not have the resources to shelter them.
Therefore, state officials have teamed up with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) to build a centre for street kids, hoping that they will return to school and stay off the street for good.
