The Vice President tells of his voting experience on first day

At midday today, Bonifacio Taban spoke to the Vice President of South Sudan, Dr Riek Machar.   Dr Machar tells Mr Taban of his experience, trying to find his name on the electoral list and having to travel around five different polling stations before he could find the right list.
